www.myspace.com to check out the song, and its lyrics. Official music video by the Boston-based band StilrizE. This song was written by the band’s lead singer Andrew Deprey. Deprey writes about the extreme troubles of dealing with anxiety disorder, constant panic attacks out of no where, extreme depression, feeling trapped, not being able to breathe, the body becoming numb, questioning what’s real, and having to rely on taking prescription medication every day. Deprey writes lyrics from a deep, and personal perspective, and relays song’s message to all that deal with extreme levels of anxiety, and panic disorder. This video was shot at Boston University, and a couple shots were taped in Deprey’s bedroom where you see all sorts of messages, and writings on the wall portraying the song’s message. The video was meant to be put out to the world for everyone to maybe be able to relate to in some way. This was a way for people to know that some feelings they have are not inhuman, or not felt by others throughout our society, and that even the physical syptoms that anxiety brings is not an uncommon situation. The band hopes to bring some sort of positive message out of this project/video/song. Check out the “Anxiety Awareness, and Communication” blog on the band’s official myspace page that is listed at the beginning of this description, and on the end credits of the video.
